How personalization works

Choose a piece, then add a name, a date, or a short message in the personalization field on the product page. We build the design around what you enter and send a piece that is yours.

 

Production and shipping

Because each piece is made to order, please allow a few business days for production before it ships. Orders ship within the United States.

 

Materials

Suncatchers are stained-glass-inspired acrylic panels set in a metal frame and arrive ready to hang. Ornaments are flat acrylic keepsakes with a ribbon loop for the tree.

 

Care

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep away from harsh cleaners. Suncatchers are made for indoor windows.

 

Returns

Because pieces are personalized and made to order, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items. Reach out through our Contact page and we will make it right.
